Property of the Month is awarded to a customer highlighting their efforts in developing an outstanding landscape. To help our clients achieve this, we review properties each month with our Quality Control Inspector to make sure all of our properties look their best.

Do you want your property to be selected as the Property of the Month? Here are just a few things we consider during the selection process:

1. Does the client have a complete service package?
2. Have they been a client for at least 6 months?
3. Is the client in good standing with our Finance Department?
4. Is the condition of the overall landscape outstanding?

What do you receive if you are selected as Property of the Month? You are awarded some great prizes valued at over $50.00 each which include: being featured in our monthly newsletter and on our website, and a sign at the entrance way of your property.
At the end of each year, a panel is formed to select the Property of the Year from the previous eleven Property of the Month recipients. The client chosen for Property of the Year will be awarded a mega prize package along with being featured in our monthly newsletter and on our website.
